Animexa ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, retain, and protect information when you use the Animexa mobile application and related services.

By using Animexa, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User Content

Animexa allows users to upload, select, or create photos, images, videos, prompts, and related task parameters to generate AI-enhanced images, videos, animations, and visual effects.

User-uploaded photos, images, or videos may contain faces or other personal information. We use this content only to provide the specific AI feature or creative result requested by the user.

1.2 Face Data

When you use AI image, AI video, face effect, or animation features, Animexa may process images that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:

• What we collect: Images or videos you upload or select that may contain your face or the face of other individuals, together with related prompts and task parameters needed to perform the feature you request.
• How we use it: Face data is used only to create the AI result you requested. We do not use face data for identity verification, facial recognition, biometric identification, profiling, or advertising targeting.
• Disclosure and sharing: We do not sell face data or share it with data brokers. Face-containing images and related task data are processed only on infrastructure we control and on servers operated by our development team. We do not send uploaded photos, prompts, or face data to any third-party AI service.
• Storage: Face data may be stored temporarily on your device and on infrastructure we control while your requested AI result is being generated and delivered. We do not store face data on third-party AI platforms.
• Retention: Source images and videos that may contain face data are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion. You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 7; we will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are explained in this Section and in Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7.

1.3 Account, Purchase, and Support Information

If you create an account, purchase credits or subscriptions, or contact us for support, we may process account identifiers, purchase status, credit balance, support messages, and related records needed to provide the service.

1.4 Device and Technical Information

We may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, crash logs, diagnostics, and device identifiers to keep the App secure, stable, and functional.

1.5 Analytics Data

We may collect usage statistics to understand feature performance, improve stability, and enhance user experience. Analytics data is used for product improvement and does not allow third-party AI services to process your uploaded content.

1.6 Advertising Identifier (IDFA)

With your permission, Animexa may access the device advertising identifier through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework. This identifier may be used to measure advertising performance, improve attribution, and understand how users interact with the App. You can choose whether to allow tracking when the system permission prompt is displayed and can change your preference in device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide AI-powered image, video, animation, and visual effect features.
• To process user-uploaded photos, videos, prompts, and task parameters to create requested results.
• To deliver generated results, manage credits or subscriptions, and provide customer support.
• To maintain service security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve app performance.
• To measure advertising performance and attribution when you grant tracking permission.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

3. AI Processing and Service Providers

Animexa provides AI-based creative features using models and processing infrastructure operated and controlled by our development team. When you choose an AI feature and submit content, your prompts, uploaded images, uploaded videos, technical task parameters, and result-related metadata are processed on our own servers to generate the result you request.

We do not send your photos, prompts, face data, videos, or other user-generated content to any third-party AI service. AI image and video generation is performed on infrastructure we control using our own models.

Other service providers may receive limited non-content data needed to operate the App, such as authentication, cloud storage, media delivery, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, or advertising attribution. These providers do not receive your uploaded photos, videos, prompts, or face data for AI model inference.

4. Data Retention

User-uploaded photos, videos, prompts, task parameters, and generated results are processed temporarily to create and deliver requested results.

Face data and media content: Source images and videos that may contain facial information are automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days after processing completion. Generated results may remain available in the App for the time needed to provide your requested service unless you delete them or request deletion.

We retain account, purchase, credit, diagnostic, and security records only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.

You may request deletion of your content or account-related personal information at any time by contacting us as described in Section 7. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-record exceptions.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your uploaded photos, videos, images containing faces, prompts, face data, or generated content with data brokers or third-party AI services.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Animexa, such as payment processing, authentication, hosting, storage, media delivery, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, or advertising attribution. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and may not use your information for their own unrelated purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of Animexa, our users, or others.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. These measures include access controls, secure transmission where appropriate, and operational safeguards for systems under our control.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information in a commercially reasonable manner.

7. Your Rights and Deletion Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information and user content by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 13.

For deletion requests, please include the email address, account identifier, or other information reasonably needed to locate your account or content. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-record exceptions.

You may also delete certain content directly in the App where deletion controls are available.

8. App Tracking Transparency

Animexa uses Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework to request permission before accessing the device advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking purposes. If you grant permission, we may use the advertising identifier for advertising attribution and performance measurement. You can change tracking preferences at any time in your device settings.

9. Third-Party Services

Animexa may use limited third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, media delivery, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, customer support, or advertising attribution.

Animexa does not use any third-party AI services. No user data, including photos, videos, face data, prompts, or other user-generated content, is sent to external AI providers for AI generation or model inference.

We do not share face data or user-generated images with third-party AI providers.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries or regions other than where you live. When we transfer or process information internationally, we take steps designed to protect information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Children's Privacy

Animexa is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Animexa after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
